Within the SOREDI GAMES ecosystem there is a series of decentralised tools, unified under a single panel, that will allow players to interact with the blockchain (DAPP). This DAPP includes NFT lootboxes, NFT marketplace, governance platform, decentralised exchange house, merchandising shop or item crafting system.

In the games of the Blink Galaxy ecosystem, it will be possible to mint NFTs by associating them to each user's personal wallet from certain existing items in the games (removing them from these games). This will allow interaction through the DAPP to sell them or even create new objects.

In order to be able to mint NFTs, users must pass an identification and authentication check to verify their age and identity. This user identification process will be carried out through the KYC CHAIN application that will allow the collection of all user credentials necessary to verify their identity, age and user existence.

The identification and verification of users requesting NFTs to be minted from Blink Galaxy will be done through the KYC CHAIN software provided by the service provider KYC-Chain Limited.

The process is very simple and secure. The user will fill in a form in the KYC-CHAIN application where he/she will provide the requested data by filling in the corresponding questionnaire. They will then scan a valid identification document (ID card, passport or driving licence) and take a selfie to complete their validation. We may need to verify the accuracy of this information, which would include verifying the user's identity, telephone numbers and email address, primarily to protect minors and other users, and to prevent fraud. When you agree to follow the link to the KYC platform, you hereby agree to submit the necessary documentation by any means when requested by us and will upload the requested documentation to verify your identity. All information you provide must be correct, current and complete.

SOREDI GAMES will process the personal data obtained through the KYC BLINK GALAXY as data controller for the purpose of identifying users and verifying that they meet the requirements necessary to interact with the DAPP tools of the SOREDI GAMES ecosystem. Such processing will be carried out on the basis of the user's consent when completing the questionnaire and sending the requested documents and in compliance with the different legislations that regulate access to certain Blockchain services accessible from the DAPP.

The data collected will be stored on the servers contracted by SOREDI GAMES for this purpose in the European area.

We will collect, use and share the information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, through the KYC CHAIN application. We recommend that you also refer to the provider's privacy policy at KYC Privacy Policy.

The following personal data will be required for the user identification process:

• Name and surname
• ID card/Passport/Drivers license
• Date of birth
• A proof of life (selfie)
• Country of birth
• Country of residence

To be able to coin NFTs in Blink Galaxy the user must be of legal age in their country of residence.

In the event that we check that this requirement is not met, SOREDI GAMES has the power to restrict this functionality to the user

We may share user information with selected recipients to perform the functions required to be able to coin NFTs from Blink Galaxy. In this case we share data with the external service provider providing the identification software, KYC-Chain Limited as a data processor together with the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

The aforementioned third party is contractually obliged to protect the data, in compliance with our Privacy Policy. However KYC-Chain Limited has its own terms of use of the platform that the user can consult in KYC Privacy Policy.

In general, your data is stored on servers within the European Union (EU), in AWS. You can consult the privacy policy of the service provider at Amazon Privacy Policy.
